The roles needed to launch
A local programme lead coordinates land access, communities and public agencies. A qualified agronomist leads farm design and practical training. Farmers and farm managers run production. Buyers and logistics partners organise delivery.
Independent finance and governance support is needed for procurement, budgeting, grant compliance and evaluation. Remote monitoring complements these roles.

The founder and iAgroSat
The founder could serve as programme convener, a technical lead, or a supplier through iAgroSat. The choice should be formalised with the programme’s governing body. Remuneration, ownership, intellectual property and decision rights must be disclosed.
The proposed nonprofit’s mission and a company’s paid work can coexist with independent approvals, procurement rules and transparent accounting. Neither an institutional partnership nor an endorsement is claimed.

Discuss a preparation partnership
The immediate need is a local delivery partner willing to examine candidate land, validate a practical pilot and agree the preparation work. A funding request should follow that scoped work and the relevant institution’s eligibility rules.
